About Me
Bodywork has been part of my life since I was a teenager. I grew up around chiropractic care and hands-on healing, and when I entered massage therapy school in 2014, it didn’t just interest me—it felt like my calling. Touch, when it’s skilled and intentional, can change the way people live in their bodies. That’s what I love most about this work.
Here’s what you can expect: we’ll start by identifying your main concerns and goals, I’ll follow your body’s patterns during hands-on work, and we’ll finish with clear feedback and a simple plan to help you make progress. If deep work is needed, I’m comfortable going there—but I always stay within manageable comfort zones, because effective bodywork shouldn’t feel like punishment.
